Fussy cutters club

Last week my friend Angie started a Fussy Cutters Club for people to share their fussy cutting projects and inspiration. It has been lots of fun to see the clever things people are doing in the Facebook group and on Instagram (#thefussycuttersclub)!

Angie has also launched special fussy cutter bundles in her shop - packs of 5 or 10 fat eighths of fabrics perfect for fussy cutting. I think this is such a fabulous idea - I'm always buying a fat quarter of something just for a few fussy cut bits!

If you pop over to Angie's blog you have the chance to win one of these gorgeous bundles just by sharing a link to a fussy cut project you've been working on - you can either link to your blog or to an Instagram pic)

I've been doing a bit of fussy cutting this week - I'm having a lot of fun faffing around with tiny bits and pieces. I can't share the full project yet, but here's a tiny sneak peek - red riding hood in the middle of that wonky star there is just 1inch square.

Pop over to Angie's if you like to share something you've been working on too =)

  1. A very cute little poppet in your wonky star

  2. As much as I love a good fussy cut, I also enjoy chopping the legs and heads off things. Kind of made my scrapvomit slightly macabre! Loving your little blocks so much.

  3. That's such a sweet little star! And I love Michelle's comment up above! - though I am in fear of chopping off heads and legs of course, I really need to get over my fussy-cutting obsession and push through the fear :-)
